This 2-hour workshop will be a playful and dynamic approach to learning to balance on our hands. We will move off our mats, use the wall, do partner work and tap into our inner strength. Come with an open mind and a willingness to work up a sweat as we travel towards progress rather than perfection! Much like the rest of our yoga practice, our journey to handstand is an evolving process and there is much to be learned in falling and getting back up! The workshop is taught in English.
